User Data Deletion Request

How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to delete your data, including the information collected through your Facebook account, please follow these steps:

1. Visit Your Facebook Account's Settings:

  • Go to your Facebook account settings.
  • Navigate to the “Apps and Websites” section.
  • Find and select our application.

2. Remove the Application:

  • Once you’ve selected our application, click on the “Remove” button to disconnect our service from your Facebook account.

3. Submit a Data Deletion Request:

  • After removing the application, you can submit a formal request to delete any remaining data stored on our servers.
  • Please visit https://thinkogic.com/policies/facebook-data-deletion/ and fill out the form with the required details.

4. Processing Your Request:

  • Once we receive your request, our team will process it promptly.
  • Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, and we will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Important Notes

  • Deleting your data will remove all records associated with your Facebook login, including your account details, preferences, and any other personal information stored on our platform.
  • If you wish to use our services in the future, you will need to create a new account or reauthorize with Facebook.
